PRESIDENT TINUBU AT 72

As the relentless waves of challenges crashed against the shores of our beloved Nigeria, one man emerged from the tumult, resolute in his conviction to lead and transform. In the face of scepticism and doubt, Bola Ahmed Tinubu stood unwavering, his unwavering determination a beacon of hope amidst the chaos. 'Are you sane?' his cohorts may have questioned, while friends and family voiced their concerns. Yet, with unyielding resolve, he answered with a resounding 'YES.' For him, it was not merely a question of readiness, but a solemn duty, a sacrifice he was willing to make for the greater good.
Like the sacrificial ram that replaced Isaac on the altar of Abraham, Bola Ahmed Tinubu stepped into the hallowed halls of Aso Rock, knowing full well the weight of the burdens that awaited him. Aso Rock, notorious for its transformative effect on past leaders, had left its mark on many: some silenced never to speak again, some audaciously daring while some were either too ridiculously agreeable or permanently solemn. Yet, undeterred by the daunting history of his predecessors, Tinubu embarked on this formidable journey at the age of 71, now celebrating his 72nd year.
While some may question his motives for seeking the highest office, those who have observed Tinubu closely over the years recognize the depth of his preparedness and the sincerity of his intentions. Despite the precarious state in which he inherited Nigeria, many would argue that he has not faltered in his efforts to steer the nation towards a brighter future.
Today, as we commemorate his 72nd birthday, let us acknowledge his resilience, his vision, and his unwavering commitment to the betterment of our beloved Nigeria. May Allah, the Most Gracious and Merciful, shower His blessings upon President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, granting him strength, wisdom, and guidance to navigate the challenges ahead and lead Nigeria to prosperity and peace. May his endeavors be blessed with success and may his leadership be a source of inspiration and upliftment for all. Ameen.
